No 50+ living?

“The Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors on Wednesday postponed voting on a request to rezone 44.2 acres as the site of a 127-unit age-restricted community after the developer submitted a last-minute proffer.

The postponement came after the board voted unanimously to approve a special-use permit for a 46-bed assisted-living facility, Commonwealth Assisted Living, which would be part of the proposed development, Monticello Village.”

So – the smaller development gets approved while the larger one faces more scrutiny and delay. At least the County is doing their due diligence.
