Property taxes up in Fluvanna

Fluvanna’s property taxes are catching
up!

I met someone today who said that their
property’s assessed value went up 35%! It seems that Fluvanna is catching up to
Albemarle and Charlottesville.

Their infrastructure needs
the money as the population increase is starting to impact the schools. If only
the communities would look beyond real estate to pay for their
needs.
