The Spring market is already sneaking up on
us
As I prepare for what I want
this year to be, I realize once again that preparation for the Spring market
began in late November. Those who are able to hold off are waiting for the
Spring to try and maximize their returns. There is so much to do in order to
prepare one’s home for market. Simple, simple things to more complex aspects of
the marketing and preparation process that I have incorporated into my “
