As I was out showing property this afternoon to
my (hopefully) new clients, I realized how difficult it can be for those coming
from other areas to ours. The Charlottesville/Albemarle area is wonderful, but
for new buyers from other, more affordable areas, our market can be shocking
and, frankly, disheartening for both the buyers and the Realtor. Getting
acclimated to this market can take time; the “right” home is out there, but
finding it can take time. Tomorrow is another day and hopefully I earned their
trust and ultimately their business. We shall see …
