Staged homes

Did you know that properly staging a home for
sale can add significant value to the sales price of a home? Living in a house
and preparing a house to be shown and marketed are two vastly different things.

At last week’s Realtor meeting, a
staging franchise introduced itself – their link is href="http://www.stagedhomes.com/featured/featured.php?asp=10522&PHPSESSID=ffe2e4a0b25b75e30f12fa13c3c9595c"

with them yet, but hope to soon. There are also a couple of interior designers
in town who are peddling their expertise to Realtors and home
sellers.

Bottom line, before
marketing your home, seek professional advise!
