Today I had the opportunity to meet a potential client who had been neglected by her Realtor.
My business is not hard; success takes dedication, drive and a fair amount of good spirit. The desire to help others doesn’t hurt either, not to mention a supportive wife! My goal is to ensure that each and every one of my clients turns out to be a Raving Fan - “Your customers are only satisfied because their expectations are so low and because no one else is doing better. Just having satisfied customers is not enough anymore. If you really want a booming business, you have to create Raving Fans.” A relatively simple concept, and one that I have tried to take to heart.
