Greenspan says no bubble

“”I don’t expect that we will run into
anything resembling a collapsing bubble. I do believe that it is conceivable we
will get some reduction in overall prices, as we’ve had in the past, but that is
not a particular problem.”" From the href="http://washtimes.com/business/20050217-101523-8395r.htm"

Charlottesville is weird, My
dad, a real estate broker in Culpeper, has commented for years about how
insulated C’Ville’s region is from outside economic forces. I do not see prices
here collapsing at all in the near future. Perhaps a bit of a “leveling off,”
but certainly not a “pop. I guess Mr. Greenspan and I agree!
