been on the market for a couple of months, unsold as of
today.

Move quickly. There is more
than adequate demand right now for builders to be able to recoup their holding
costs. Will this last? If yes, for how long? I do not know; what I do know is
that some new construction contracts are being written now with completion dates
of 2006.
