There is no “listing day” where properties come
on the market more often than others. Houses come on the market most often when
the timing is best for the Sellers. Tuesday is Realtors’ Open House day when we
Realtors look at other houses that are on the market. This way I can honestly
say that I have been inside many of the properties on the market and I have a
change to network with other Realtors. In short, there is not a “listing day,”
but I’ll bet if I did a statistical analysis, Sunday would come in 7th place -
only four came on today.
