Rural area comp plan

“Albemarle County supervisors passed the
rural areas chapter of its Comprehensive Plan on Wednesday and discussed a
method to generate support for development in urban areas.

The County needs to make their process
for getting projects approved/declined more efficient. There was a recent
article (which I cannot find now) that the process is so bogged down in
governmental staff and red tape that the rural areas’s development is simply
easier.
Government needs to wise up and trim some fat in order to achieve its
goals.
