Existing-home
prices were up 11 percent in

compared with February 2004, and existing-home sales were up 6.1 percent from
the same month a year ago, the National
Association of Realtors reported today. The median condo price was
$210,700 in February 2005, up 20.5 percent from the same month a year ago. (From
