The Commonwealth Transportation Board will hold a public hearing involving its draft 6-year plan for rail, mass transit, bicycle, pedestrian, and state highway projects. The agency wants to hear about projects through the 2011 budget cycle. The public hearing will be held at 5 p.m. at the Highway Department’s Culpeper District auditorium. That’s at 1601 Orange Road in Culpeper.
