Interesting Data

The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight has quite a bit of information! Below are a couple of screenshots that show the Percent Change in House Prices through the fourth Quarter 2004 for both the US and the Charlottesville region. In a nutshell, prices have been increasing for sometime now.
