DHL is by far, the worst “next day” delivery service on the market. Apple sent the box in which I am going to send my broken mac back “Next Day A.M.” To DHL, this means “by 5pm. Maybe.” They cannot tell me where the package is, only that they do not offer morning service in Crozet. All the while, UPS delivered to my house at 9:45 this morning and I have seen at least two FedEx trucks in Crozet while on appointments.
The exact same situation happened to some clients of mine when they were waiting for a contract. Apparently DHL delivers only to urban areas. Ugh. And their customer service representative was rude and extraordinarily unhelpful.
