Places 29 Meeting

Received this from the Free Enterprise Forum this morning –
From Albemarle County’s website “Places29 combines a transportation study of the Route 29 North Corridor with land use planning for four designated urban communities. Places29 is a joint project of Albemarle County, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC), with the assistance of an experienced consulting team.”

Please plan to arrive early as Albemarle County is anticipating a large turnout for this meeting. It is important that all community voices are represented. Attendees will hear presentations and then break into small groups with project consultants to “create the shared vision and goals that will guide the project as it continues”.
For more information, go to the Places 29 site.
