If we as a region do not 1) plan and implement said plans adequately, we could face a world of problems. Should we require developers to place money into a fund for whatever water plans are implemented? We need to address the water issue now, politics be damned. those of us who do not have short-term memory vividly recall 2002. What are we going to do?
