There are approximately 1100 Realtors in the Charlottesville area. Only 175 have had more than 5 listings this year. Of the top 10 listing agents eight are either new construction or condo conversion agents. It is phenomenal how many agents have had only one listing all year. Almost $900 million dollars of real estate has sold this year … and almost $300 million under contract. About 15% of all the agents do the bulk of the work.
176 have had at least 5 closed transactions when representing the Buyer.
Finally, 367 Realtors have closed at least 5 transactions, total, this year – only a third of all the active Realtors!
