		<description>True, but the difference in 2006 &amp; 2005 versus 2004 &amp; 2003 is more significant - showing that the condo trend has picked up in the past 2 years. If I were to run the quarterly numbers (which I&#039;ll do  in a few days) the numbers would be a bit more dramatic.</description>
