Buyers’ expectations and options have changed, and they are being more demanding. For a half-million dollar home, cheap brass fixtures, formica countertops and vinyl in the kitchen won’t cut it.

    Actually going “green” is the new direction in building and many are finding quit a niche. I read a blog that said that after a buyers market that people look to change the type home they live in and they see “green” as that market. Not only will it be much more energy efficient it will make people aware of making better choices.
