I have to disagree, strongly, with your assertion that "most of these bloggers seem to be members of the Realtors cheerleading sqaud. (sic)" I for one, have a track record, as do most if not all of the other bloggers, of rightfully calling on NAR to dispense with the BS, sunshine-and-roses "analyses" and to start talking candidly about the market. I for one, have a track record, as do most if not all of the other bloggers, of rightfully calling on NAR to dispense with the BS, sunshine-and-roses “analyses” and to start talking candidly about the market. This year, Mr. Yun seems to have started to do just that, but there’s clearly room for improvement, as with anything.
