I for one, have a track record, as do most if not all of the other bloggers, of rightfully calling on NAR to dispense with the BS, sunshine-and-roses &quot;analyses&quot; and to start talking candidly about the market. This year, Mr. Yun seems to have started to do just that, but there&#039;s clearly room for improvement, as with anything.

What would you ask him?
