Joe -

I could learn a lot from an entrepreneurial opportunist such as you.

I wonder if my E & O insurance offers any coverage, or my umbrella policy …. I am looking forward to seeing you again and most assuredly hoping to catch your presentation at Inman.

Thanks for covering this. We are trying to support Vlad and point out this real life David and Goliath story. The upside is how wonderful the blogosphere has been in supporting a fellow blogger. It is a beautiful thing to watch.

You are quite, welcome, Mary. It’s impressive when we come together to support one of our own. Let me know if there’s anything that I can do.

I look forward to reconnecting, Jim.

The panel should be great– I just recruited Russ Cofano to be on it.

Every agent should check their E&O policies (and have a good disclaimer on every post).

Attorneys representing online businesses ought read Mary’s post.
