This is what I do not understand about the Virginia General Assembly

The Virginia General Assembly has been recalled to to Richmond to hammer out solutions for the Commonwealth’s transportation issues.

Why then, are our legislators introducing bills to commend One-Stop Cellular? And so many commendations and celebrations! Where is the focus here, people?

    Good comment. This session is an excuse not to raise money for a week- not to actually solve some problems.
