New Laws in Virginia become Effective Today

Here’s a link to some of the new laws most applicable to Realtors. Perhaps most notable to Realtors and buyers and sellers is the new Property Owners’ Association Act.

I am pleased to see that the costs for the POA docs can now be collected at settlement. this will alleviate delay from the sellers having to get the association a check or the agent doing it for them.
