My significant other called Church Hill Homes today about some random stuff related to our house and, of course, she asked about the recent news. We’d encourage any new owners or potential buyers to do the same.

My thoughts on Carter’s View are that they are still moving along – both with Winn and Church Hill.

First Time –

Time will tell. There would seem to be real opportunities for some to come in and relieve Church Hill of some of their debts and capitalize on this part of the market.
