    I forwarded this article to some friends of mine who are trying to purchase in Maryland right now, and they are feeling much braver about their offer. I think you have helped make yet another sale. They were wondering if you are considering relocating:)?!?!

    You are quite welcome; I hope that they get what they’re looking for.

    No plans to relocate, though. :)
