I concur. While it will be nice to add more &quot;buzz&quot; to the first time home buyer pool, people will need to realize that the urgency we have been enjoying these last few weeks will now slow down as people feel like they can &quot;take their time&quot; and keep looking. 

This new plan will not create more buyers at first but more lookers.
