I've already had several (4?) listeners approach me and comment about a particular part of the show - folks who can afford to pay their mortgage but stop because it's no longer financially smart for them to do so. "Why didn't y'all talk more about this?" (why didn't you call in?) Everyone commenting to me thought it was immoral and should be illegal with hellacious punishments.
