		<description>Pretty much everything the government has done penalizes those who have made good decisions and extends the woes our economy is facing. 

Rather than allow those who need to fail to fail and encourage successes, they prevent necessary failures and penalize success. 

But what do you expect when they have deemed Fannie and Freddie too big to fail and have assured them of unlimited funds?</description>
