This is a great video describing Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall; it captures much of what makes the Mall a great place to go, to eat, to congregate, see people both on purpose and by happenstance and to have as part of our community.

There is a reason a lot of my clients say they want to be able to walk to the Downtown Mall.

These are a few of the properties with the highest Walkscore with regards to the Downtown Mall. Interestingly at this time, the ones with the highest walkscore are condos that remain a glimmer in someone’s eye.
