Setting a maximum population for Albemarle.  I know one way to start with the reduction of the population – they could lead the charge out of Albemarle by moving and/or not having kids. My sarcasm aside, where do we draw the line as to who is allowed to enter? I am probably wrong, but the folks running these organizations are not “from here” – they have come, made nice lives for themselves, etc. and for that I do not begrudge them. But if we say that the optimum, maximum population is X, what happens if we are at X and then there is a rash of pregnancies? Draw straws to see who leaves? Just making the argument –

I married in (my wife’s a native), but what about the other saps who don’t have that privilege? 🙂
