You think Albemarle and Charlottesville’s reassessments hurt the budget?

Here’s some perspective.

The (Loudoun) county Board of Supervisors is expected to face about a $250 million deficit and begins its budget negotiations later this month.

    I think at issue is the use of real estate assessments as a revenue source for local government without having to go through public, the voter’s, approval for incresing the amount of tax dollars.
