    Its good to see people in real estate actually stepping up to the plate and taking advantage of what social media…but, having been using social media as my main marketing tool for about 6 months now, I have to say that the video, although beautifully done, is a bit shaky on the whats-in-it-for-me formula.

    This is basically the idea that people don’t much care about you, they care more about the benefits you can offer them. People are now talking about moving away from branding type marketing and are focusing on giving prospects simple, focused calls for action.

    Jim and Nest Team – Very nicely done. I think the video does a nice job of showing who you are and what you believe in. Now it’s up to the clients you work with and the agents who join you to share that same vision.
