I saw recently some insane excitable person mention something to do with Christmas. Clearly, they are 1) crazy 2) have too much time on their hands.

I was however, inspired to look at where we are in the market. The Charlottesville area real estate market is mostly-seasonal, tied in large part to the school/academic year.

The following chart is one I reference so frequently that I print it and tape it into my moleskin so I’m prepared when talking with clients about “where we are in the market” —
