The mac is back!
My computer came back, all repaired today … and I have spent the past 6 hours reinstalling everything…. I am getting back up to speed but may have to delay some things until tomorrow.

Apple unfortunately did not transfer any of my data, so … I have several hours of re-installation to look forward to.
