Agent bubble update

by Jim Duncan on October 11, 2007

124 have had more than 10 sides. (9.5%)
304 have had more than 5 sides. (23%)
263 have had between 2 and 4 sides.  (20%)
179 have had one side. (14%)

That leaves approximately 500 who have yet to have a transaction this year.

So, exactly how competent are you, if you are only doing one transaction side a year???

Many of the remaining 500 hold their license for family/friends deals – they aren’t “professionals” and/or they get referral fees that don’t show up as closed sides. I suspect many of those won’t renew membership in January anyway.
