Busy week ahead

Believe it or not, the wife and I actually got to see a movie yesterday. I did not feel cheating out of my money after seeing Sideways. There must be a fair number of oenophiles who can empathize with Miles' plight. One of my favorite local stores is here.I am glad that I had the two hours of leisure!

Weekends

Weekends are the busy time ... I will be out showing most of this weekend with buyers, helping to educate them on our market. Everything depends on perspective. Those coming from more expensive markets than ours have an easier time getting acclimated to our market. Those who are coming from more "reasonable" markets (again, it's about perspective) have a more difficult and ultimately, frustrating experience.
