Yeah, I noticed that a while back. On another hand craigslist is now distinguishing for sale by owner properties vs. for sale with broker properties. I wonder if a fee will be introduced soon for posting real estate ads for brokers - I would not be surprised.
they charge a fee in New York, I believe.
