Charlottesville Tomorrow has a podcast of Dennis Rooker’s appearance on WINA’s Charlottesville Live morning program.  I hope that there is enough traffic and comments to encourage WINA to podcast their shows, both their morning show and their new afternoon show with Coy Barefoot.  I expect that the afternoon show is probably very good, but I have not been able to listen yet.

Podcasts for Real Estate

The Charlottesville Podcasting Network has a nice post this morning about the two podcasts we have recently done.  I hope to do the third one early next week in studio, where the audio quality should be much better….  Maintaining a competitive edge and implementing emerging technologies effectively is a challenge.  I have a feeling that there will be followers.I said it on my site, but want to say it here:These podcasts would not be possible without Wordcast Productions and Flying Dog Media.  Most “good things” require teamwork and strategic associations.  This is one of those “good things.”  My thanks and gratitude to them….  I trust this to be the case.Everyone has to start somewhere.
