During
a half-hour of public comment, residents challenged everything from the height
of the buildings to the piping of the
stream.

Carrsbrook resident
Frank Rice said that while he did not disagree with Wood?s right to
develop the land, the rights of the adjacent property owners ?to have the
property developed in a way to minimize the impact on the neighbors is also
indisputable.”

At least people are
speaking out.
