closer to revising their comprehensive plan. The nearly five-pound (!) plan may
actually come to fruition. Smaller version of the proposed plan is here

“The new ordinance also
would feature a new option for developers called the ?cluster
subdivision.? Similar in theme to those allowed under the Fluvanna County
zoning ordinance passed last year, cluster subdivisions are neighborhoods in
which lots are spaced relatively close together and surrounded by a wide swath
of open space, creating the appearance of minimal
development”
Pay heed – growth is
