Speaking to a number of
potential Sellers this morning, we are poised to market a couple of properties
at significantly higher prices than they would have realized even six months
ago. I feel confident that the market will remain a Sellers’ market for the near
future.
Interesting statistic I heard
this morning – FSBO properties sell for approximately 29% less than those
marketed by Realtors. While this is a nationwide statistic, the philosophy holds
true in the Central Virginia region – if you cast a wider net, you will most
likely catch bigger and better fish.
