Virginia home sales slow

But the Charlottesville market area remains strong. PDF link here.

Virginia’s median existing-home price for November was $197,213, up 20 percent from a year ago when the median was $163,750. The median is a typical market price where half of the homes sold for more and half sold for less.

I expect full statistics from CAAR shortly. I did just see that CAAR has previous years’ statistics in XML format; I don’t know how to use this, but I know that it can be used! Help, anyone?

Thank you; is there a way to scrape this into an RSS feed?

You can highlight the fields and then paste special to excel in html format. It will appear and translate correctly to excel.
