Where is Albemarle Growing?

Nowhere really, says a new report by Albemarle County and reported by Charlottesville Tomorrow:

Albemarle County Building Permits 1st Quarter 2009

And this, in my mind, qualifies as a “good thing” – with fewer new construction properties in Albemarle (and elsewhere), buyers will focus more on existing inventory.

Right now, two of the market’s primary opponents are price and inventory.
