changed so much in the past several years – electronic lockboxes, wi-fi laptops
allow us to do listing presentations,
cell
phones, clients sitting at work refreshing the
public MLS site (no longer available), or
at my
site (archived: 2023) , Visual Tours, and more.
As the tech savvy REALTOR has become
more the norm rather than the exception, it has become harder and harder for
each REALTOR to differentiate his or her
services.
