It is supposed to snow again tonight and tomorrow and I can almost guarantee that one of the news outlets will use the word “brace’ to describe our region’s posture in the calm before the storm.

With so many transplants from above the Mason-Dixon line (archived: 2006), one would think that the chaos and general “running around like a chicken with its head cut off” mentality would eventually subside.
