Look Up. You Might Just Learn Your New Neighborhood

I can’t tell you how many times I look in the back seat while showing houses and one of my clients has his or her head buried in a phone, checking whatever it is that’s more important than what’s in front of them.

Look up.

One of the most important questions I tend to ask is, what do you think of the approach? Hard to do if you’re looking through a lens … or not looking at all.
