Nest
It’s been a while since I’ve written about our podcast.
We’ve had a few shows recently that I think have nuggets for real estate consumers and those in the real estate spaces.
- Jonathan Kauffmann, Keith Davis and I just talked about possible cracks in the real estate market, artificial intelligence and the value of great representation, print materials, buyer brokerage and enforcement (archived: 2024)
- We talked about the pending/potential settlements, that have been taking so much of the conversation lately (no longer available)
- Brian Boero from 1000Watt shared a ton of great and useful information with us (archived: 2024) (anytime we get someone from 1000Watt, we are excited. Their weekly email is one that I read almost as soon as it hits my inbox.
- Greg Fischer from West+Main, an independent brokerage out West shared knowledge; his “detail that he sweats” is one of my favorite answers (no longer available). More on West + Main.
- And Lance Lambert from ResiClub talked about a lot of real estate data; his “switching costs” was one of the best descriptors I have heard about why people choose to stay put. (archived: 2024) More about ResiClub; one of the best subscriptions I pay for.
Incredibly, Apple’s Podcasts now offer transcripts for our shows, and the transcripts are pretty darn good!
