– Should I buy a house in the Charlottesville area now?
– Should I rent a house in the Charlottesville area now?
– Should I (can I) sell my house now?
– What is the market doing? Is it good? Is it bad?
Keep in mind when looking at these numbers and analysis that to really know your market – in your neighborhood, on your street – is necessarily going to require more detailed analysis than you’re seeing here (or will see early next week when my specific analysis is complete)
