Low Housing Inventory in the City of Charlottesville

I was searching the Charlottesville MLS for a client today and was struck by the remarkable dearth of single family home inventory.

Don’t just take my word for it. This was my look through the MLS.

 

Dammit. Going to be a hard spring in Charlottesville.
