I’ve had buyer clients in situations recently where we’ve been competing against that number of other offers. Often they’ve lost and that’s okay, because I think if you are in a situation where you’re offering, you know, a hundred thousand dollars, $140,000 over the asking price, the question is, did you really win? If you had to go over that much, will you be comfortable there in five years, 10 years, 30 years, you know, sometimes winning means you didn’t get the house. When you take that experience and knowledge, you move to the next one.
